mixed feelings about my stay

faulty air conditioningmusty towel smell

i was a bit disappointed with a few things , the air conditioning didn't seem to work well , it was difficult to get the room to a comfortable temperature. also , i found some of the towels in the bathroom had a strange , musty smell , almost like they hadn't been dried properly. it was unsettling to find those issues.

the room included a kitchen with a stove microwave and refrigerator it allowed for independent living i found a washing machine in the bathroom with detergent provided. the bathroom features a large separated shower it stood out positively

the absence of regular staff at reception was noticeable assistance was limited

The provided laundry detergent was a lifesaver, so handy. i loved the clothes drying option in the bathroom, with both a fan and heat. This made drying clothes super fast. the location is great for accessing various dining options. It's only a 15-minute walk to dotonbori. i also liked the standard amenities provided. They were very practical.

The hotel doesn't keep luggage before check-in without a fee. This was a bit inconvenient upon arrival.
